WESTERLY, R.I. (WPRI) — The American Red Cross is helping three families who were impacted by a house fire that broke out Sunday in Westerly.
The fire took place on Cottage Street, according to the organization.
It's unclear at this time if anyone suffered any injuries or what caused the fire. 12 News has reached out to the Westerly Fire Department for additional information.
A FreeFunder campaign has been started to raise money for one of the affected families.
