NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — As voters across the country made their way to the polls Tuesday, North Kingstown residents had the opportunity to vote on two major bond questions.

Question 6 on the ballot asked for the approval of $60 million to construct a new public safety complex in Quonset, as well as a new fire station on Kingstown Road.

Question 7 would allocate $137 million toward replacing Wickford Middle School and renovating Davisville Middle School.

Last year, voters rejected both projects when they were put under a single question, referred to by some as the "mega-bond."
